He had needed space. No, what he had needed was peace. The peace he had almost gotten. He had been so close. He could have been reunited with his family or so he hoped. He had not thought about that where they would go after death. Or at least, he could not remember those thoughts. He felt like he couldn't remember many thoughts. All the surface knowledge was there but once he dug deeper memories started slipping through his fingers. He remembered Shannon. Of course he did. But he did not remember how they had met. There were holes punched through his very being. His soul lay shattered in pieces, even though his counterpart had tried to smooth it over, try to mend what was mendable. But not everything had been. There was a rage welling up inside of him at the thought what it had fed. Who else had been fed on in a similar way. But they had peace now. Whatever had been left of them. He, he had this.

The god stared ahead at a tree. His form almost translucent. There wasn't much strength to the young ghost. Emotion he could not quite understand whirled inside of him. But while his form lay in turmoil, his mind felt numb. He was here for revenge. He had been whispered words like that, had been told that this was his chance to rid the universes of the man that had taken everything from him. He knew about revenge. It had been his bread and butter for decades. But he could not see it. If his counterpart's words rang true (and he knew himself well enough to be sceptical about it), he had not been the only trapped version of himself. How could it go a different way this time? How could it not end in pain and despair? He sank to his knees and tried to make sense of everything that had happened.

"Oh... Sweetie.." There was a bit of Southern Drawl to her tone, when she spoke. Her form would not be seen by this shell of a ghost of a god. But, she was there, he'd be able to feel her pressure, the muted light she gave off. Even if he did not know the Spectrum, he'd know she was there.

Suddenly... Grandly in several flashes of muted light, Bonnie appeared near the Ghostly God. He wouldn't be able to touch her, even if he tried his hardest. But, who should he? Bonnie was here to help.

"Hi, Loki." Her voice was everywhere but nowhere at the same time. Bonnie knew how to talk to those that have not crossed over. The 'dead.' It almost made her giggle, seeing a 'god' struggle like this.

"You're in the wrong place. You go that way a hundred yards, and you're fucking dead." She choked back another bit of laughter. "Well, more dead than you already are... You aren't from our station or this one, are you?" A small smirk came to her lips.

He could hear the held back laughter. More importantly, he knew what was behind that our that she said. She was one of Higgs' creatures and the way she conducted herself underlined that.

"Stay away," was the only thing he said. He could not hide the dread in his voice. He did not even try to. Every ounce of his pride had been stripped by his own downfall and that of his family. Teleportation, illusions, they still work, he remembered his counterpart saying. Relief, then action. A second later he stood in the hotel where his existence had started only a short while ago.

Bonnie frown when she was told to stay away. Was she going to do that? No. No. Ha... No.

"No, I don't think I will, Prince Loki." Her tone had changed, from that overtly flirtatious way of speaking, to something deeper, something more caring. She was a Queen after all. And this prince was her subject, as far as she was concerned.

When he teleported himself, she appeared right in front of him as if they were never away from each other.

"You don't want to be here, Prince Loki. Please. I can help you." She glanced around herself, she knew they only had a few minutes, if that, to get themselves out of here.

"Everyone here wants to hurt people like us." Her tone turned serious as her muted colors swirled green(Willpower), blue(Hope), and indigo(Compassion). Slowly, she reached her hand out to him. Bonnie could feel he didn't belong here, not in this hotel, not on this station. This Loki belonged somewhere else.

"Please, come with me? I will do everything to help you."

The young ghost did not care about the creature's words. What he cared the least about was the 'us'. That thing and him were nothing alike. He had not stolen someone else's place, he had not worked with the abomination that was Higgs. He had been created in this world against his will. He had longed for death and been denied it. No, there was no 'us'.

"We are nothing alike. Leave," he said. There was a coldness in his tone. For a moment, he regained more of a presence. His translucent self gaining some substance. Light was flickering in the background as the dead god stared the other being down. Maybe there was an advantage to being dead. What could possibly happen to him now?

"No, we aren't." She frowned when she spoke. They were nothing alike, no. She was a Queen, alive. He was a Prince, dead. But, she had to make sacrifices for her subjects to survive.

Even there, even there.

"I.." Bonnie paused. "Please. If you stay... They're willing to do horrible things to get you to tell them everything.. Come with me, please?" Bonnie shifted forward, a desperate smile on her face, the muted colors were the same as before, but they glew brighter.

Two things happened at once. Almost as if they were waiting for her to dare enter the domain. The little witch, Sarah O'Hara, appeared down in the lobby followed by Scarlet. Both where powerhouses in their own right. There had been 'protocols' put in place if anyone of them tried to enter the hotel through means that were beyond going through the door. And Sarah was intune to Bonnie because of what she was made of.

They both teleported into the room. Sarah didn't waste a moment, she reached down and brushed her hand on one of the many circles of power that were painted under the carpet. The three rings glowed to life, locking Bonnie in.

Before the light could close in Scarlet teleported next to Loki, touched him so that she could teleport him out of the range of the circles.

"You okay?" Scarlet knew Loki was new to being a spirit. And all this was stressful.

The god was glad when the two women showed up. Some of their features sparked a feeling of recognition. But when he tried to remember more, nothing more than flicker and pieces came to his mind. It made him want to rage. He knew why it was happening. Higgs. The god was not right anymore. He knew that.

He stepped back, slightly, hiding behind the other person. She felt familiar but he could not quite point out why. He briefly nodded at her, not quite able to place the situation.

Ah, damn it. She should have known this would lead her to a trap. The moment the spell activated, she tried to teleport away, but found herself not being able to. That caused a little bit of red to go through her body.

Bonnie looked at the two women who now had her trapped. Both of them were powerful in their own rights. But, she also recognized them. She looked over at Sarah first.

"You're this wife of this station's Miguel... Sarah, right? Nice to meet you." She spoke with a smile, her colors stayed the same as they were with Loki. Then her gaze when to Scarlet.

"And you must be Scarlet. Minette would definitely hate you, honey." Oh, she was delicious, no wonder Blank was such a wreck. Bonnie's smile widened a little bit. "I have to say, those boys have amazing taste." She looked over at Loki next, the one she was trying to help.

"So, what now?" Her arms covered over her chest as she moved her gaze between the three.

"You know what, let whoever brought ya'll over that Nero isn't here to save her. And I'll be more than happy to teach my friend here now to shatter the souls of the living using hers first." She knew what garbage Minette was. "I should teach him using you, since you thought it was wise to invade the hotel everyone is taking refuge in."

Scarlet was happy to protect the newly spectral Loki. To keep the Starchild from him felt like she were repaying his other at least a little, for his kindness.

Sarah shook her head at the idea of 'killing' Bonnie. She might prove useful. "I say we turn her in to the enforcers. Let them decide what happens to her. But..." She drawled and looked back at Loki. "She was harassing you, what do you want us to do?" She could just see him.

The translucent goes glance from one woman to another. There was something that the one standing next to her - Scarlet - had said that made him ponder. Teach him to shatter souls? His eyes narrowed for a moment. Then his eyes narrowed at the trapped being. He did not like her. He did not like the way she had talked to him, he did not like her persistence nor how she had laughed at him for his miserable state. But most importantly, he hated that she had been granted Higgs' help. That she would take the help of a monster.

"Is there anyone who cares about her other self?" he asked slowly. "Give her to them." There was nothing like the wrath of a concerned family. "Tell me, creature, what do you need to survive?"

Bonnie's eyebrow quirked when Scarlet mentioned that name. "Who the fuck is Nero?" She wasn't scared of her soul being shattered, it'd be better than going back to that damned station. But, she very much liked the feisty nature of her. Looking between the three, she waited for them to decide her fate, with an almost bored expression.

She wondered, who exactly here did care about her other, would they take her to Johnn? That caused a light frown to come across her face. But that changed once Loki continued to open his mouth.

"Creature?!" Red flared throughout her entire body. "I am no creature, I am a Queen! Show some respect!" Her mind wondered if she could burn through these seals, and make a quick escape.

Scarlet rolled her eyes unmistakably, it was almost a thing they could all feel. "Oh, please, Princess. A Queen of what? Your status means absolutely nothing to anyone here. And none of us are impressed. My Bonnie would have wiped you out, and you aren't even half the being she is. So stop with the theatrics." The little spectre glanced back at the taller, and much more deserving of a title, prince. "Bonnie, the true Bonnie, belongs to my group. But I don't think I want this one anywhere near any of them." Especially not her son.

Sarah stepped closer to the containment unit, because that was what it basically was. She tapped the magical shield, with the back of one of the rings she wore, it's crystal large, and clearly filling color, the same red that flared through Bonnie. When she tapped the dome became a little more opaque, it's shape more obvious. "Do keep feeding them. At this rate you wont be able to lift a slightly al dente noodle."

The bickering between everyone surrounded reinforced his opinion so did Bonnie. The woman and her laughter was nothing he had wanted to deal with and he still did not. So he remained quiet. He did not vanish though, did not run. It almost seemed scarier to be with his own thoughts. There was much in his mind that would bring him pain when touched. He took another step back.

Bonnie sighed as she sat down in the lotus, she could feel the force of the containment spell closing in around her. She looked between the three again, trying her best to keep eye contact with whom she was speaking.

"Alright, alright. You win." She spoke in an almost whispered tone, they had her dead to rights. Though, Sarah was lucky the colors within Bonnie changed to indigo and blue, or she might have lost that hand. Rage burned all without Hope to squelch it. At the end of things, Bonnie didn't want that, even if they had just threatened to kill her. "I'm tired of fighting, tired of trying to survive. I knew this was a bad idea, I just didn't want to see my people suffer anymore. Higgs gave us a way out."

"We didn't know what it meant, the cost of it.. We never really had any true intentions of harming anyone here.. And I'm sorry for what I did to your husband, Scarlet. We were... Are desperate.. Our Heart was corrupted, and it caused our Station to fail.. We could have left, but the worlds near by weren't exactly hospitable. Johnn, he... He sacrificed himself to try to get rid of that corruption." A deep seeded frown came across her lips as she once more looked at them, this time with a more pleading look in her eyes. "If it were up to me, I would have rather we had a more peaceful solution to this, but... It isn't up to me."

Her eyes navigated to Loki once more. "And.. I'm sorry, Prince Loki... I offended you with my laughter earlier. But, it was not directed at you. The Loki on my Station was not a good person, not in the slightest.. So, seeing you in that state, it reminded me of him.. I apologize for my outburst towards you." Bonnie looked back down at her hands as they picked at themselves. She was ready for her fate, whatever it would be. "Do what you see fit... Read my mind, torture me, kill me.. I don't care anymore."

"You have a lot of nerve calling anyone 'not a good person' each and every one of you came here taking over our station. Because we made ours work where as you haven't with yours. Each and every one of us has worked hard in making this place function and work with us." Sarah flexed her fingers as she stepped away from the containment field. Because while Bonnie had cooled off Sarah had not. "You took over people we love, do you even shocking care about that??" She wasn't one to curse, and Miguel's curses didn't really count.

Scarlet shook her head. "None of them do, all they care about is what we have and what they don't. They don't care about what it took for us to get here, only that we have it and they don't. What's that saying, the grass is always greener on the otherside." She shook her head. She didn't want to get upset. She turned to Loki. "Come on hon. Do you want to stay up with us? Or do you want to stay with the other Loki? We're going to leave her for someone else to take care of. Maybe they can teach her some manners."

Lies was the first thought running through his head. He knew himself, at least that much. He was not evil. If she spoke the truth, something had created him that way. And if everyone was the way as that woman was, it was easy to find a guilty party.

But he was saved from answering. "Is it safe to leave her here?" he asked Scarlet. A part of him flickered and became more translucent. He could not have them harmed in this world. He was so transfixed on that question that he did not answer any of the other questions.

Of course. Of course they would take his side. Not even knowing anything about him, a member of the 'royal family's' view was taken over hers. They weren't there, not there to see what happened.. She had hardly done anything to them, but here they were, judging and condemning her as if she he murdered someone in cold blood right in front of them. Which she hadn't. To them, everything she said was a lie, even when she was being sincere. It nearly brought a tear to her eye.

Bonnie had only wanted to have her people survive. It was obvious that these people didn't care about that. She sighed softly again, slumping down further into her lotus position.

"Alright, I guess I'm done here. Could you, please?" Less than a second after she asked her question, seemingly to no one.. THOOOOM A sound like a massive bass drop occurred from one side of the lobby. Some of the windows shattered as it happened. But, from the opposite direction came a crimson blur. The floor underneath Bonnie cracked, breaking the seal underneath her, releasing her from the containment spell.

Instead of attacking or anything of the like, for just a second, Blank appeared beside Bonnie, his ki crimson and the tendrils around it swirling. Staying there just long enough to make eye contact with Scarlet, with a shame filled frown on his face, before they both disappeared.

The only trace of them being there would be in the spinning gold and emerald wedding band left on the ground where Bonnie had once sat.

Sarah bared her teeth. She knew she should have replaced the paint with rings of copper and steel. She'd definitely rectify that situation. Soon. There wouldn't be any breaking out of any traps for anyone that was magic or supernaturally bound anymore. With a flick of her hair she stormed out of the hotel.

Scarlet frowned, and collected the wedding band that the other!Blank had left behind. It dwarfed all of her fingers, so she slid it on her thumb. Her demeanor was a lot more solemn when she stepped back up to the more Ghostly Loki. "Well, I guess we don't have to worry about that now do we?" She tried to keep the sad note out of her voice. "Did you bait her on purpose?" She had to wonder why he had come into the main hotel instead of Little Asgard.

Loki stared at what was happening in front of him. The god still did not feel comfortable in his own skin - or rather lack of skin. First the attack, then the young blond mage storming out. He glanced down at his own hand, staring at its translucent shape. "I have been told this is where everyone else is. I did not think she would follow me here. She is one of his creatures. I could never trust her. No matter what lies she spins." No, he did not think she had the ego to follow him. Not when it set off wards, not when it would alarm anyone else. But maybe it had been foolish. Maybe he had endangered people. "I did not wish to cause harm." There was a humble honesty in his tone which was strange for the god.

"You didn't. You have no control over what she, or he, does or did." Scarlet was quick to respond to that bit. She didn't want him to think Bonnie stalking him was his fault. She gently rubbed his arm. Figuring he had probably been a while without the actual touch of someone else. Besides his other self. "It shocks me how willing these doubles are. I mean if he was like he is here, in their station... How could any of them side with him?" She didn't know what his own station was like though. Had he found some reason to side with Higgs? She wasn't sure she wanted the answer to that question.

"No, she might consider me a monster. But I guarantee you that whatever she believes my counter part has done, it cannot compare to Higgs and his trail of chaos, destruction and pain," he said. He was still staring at the hole in the floor. There was something meditative about it. It could channel his anger and grief. Only then did he realise what she was doing, his gaze dropping to where her fingers rubbed his arm. "You can touch me..."

Scarlet could only nod. Her small bit of chaos was small, and there might be a lot of people willing to drag the loved one of someone else away. The father of their child. But she had faith that whatever happened that Blank would come back to her. Even if it wasn't until they saw one another back in their own world.

She was dragged out of her own thoughts. And she smiled at him just a little. "I can, because like you, I am a spectre. Or a spirit. I've been one for a while. I would say it's a long time, but your counterpart here probably would chuckle at that part."

"Oh," he said and halted in mid-thought. Had he known that already? He wasn't sure. He shut his mouth and thought for a while longer. "I am... new to this." He had watched his counterpart display a similar ability. He did not know someone could just become a spirit and then cease to be one.

"Do you think he is going to die in this world?" he asked, his tone growing softer again.

Scarlet gave him a little smile, and lightly patted his arm. Being new to this 'life' was a little obvious. To her at least. Maybe it hadn't been to Bonnie. Or anyone else that wasn't a ghost. She didn't know.

"Who? Your counterpart? He has already died, he is like me and you. Higgs? Yes. I know he will, because we have a lot more on our side than he has on his." Sure the dark man had a lot of power, but they did too.

He was quiet for a moment, halted in his insecurity. "We thought the same. I'm the only one left of us," he said. There was an agitation in those words. He swallowed. A habit without necessity. There was not anything left to swallow. "Our souls became his food. That's what he does if you lose." He stared around. He felt the need to go home. But there was no home for him. It was just him, the memories he had left and the strange older spectre.

"But he pulled you out. That means they know what they have to do now. They wont lose." There was far too much to be lost if they did. Scarlet couldn't resist putting a comforting arm around him. "Besides, you probably didn't have me. And everyone knows you can only fight a southerner with another southerner, and the males of that breed tend to crumple under the sassy southern belle. And I happen to be an authentic one." She couldn't help but try to lift his spirits. Even if she was a little bit silly. She happened to have a soft spot for his face.

"My son-in-law freed them," he said softly. "All of them." He was still in awe of it. "It was my counterpart who held me back. I could feel myself passing over... but... well, here I am." There was a sourness in his tone but in the end of the day, he could not really blame himself. He knew himself. He would have done the same. It was easy to sacrifice himself.

"He saved you, so you wouldn't have any unfinished business. Because that is something that could eventually drive you mad, especially if you got send back to your universe and was unable to resolve it." Or that was Scarlet's theory. It was hard to think her friend would do anything nefarious to one of his others. Especially one that was as timid as this one seemed.

It wasn't the truth. He knew that. He hadn't been saved. He had been held back to be used. The ghost huffed in dry humour. It was too much like him to do that. He was angry about it. But he understood. It made him respect the choice that had been made. Sacrifice himself for his family. Yes, that was an easy choice. A choice made even easier by the circumstance that he had only to sacrifice a different version of himself. It was nothing his counterpart actually had to live through.

"Well, he must be very caring" was the quiet statement he made instead. It held an edge to it that gave away that he did not quite think that.

"Well, I think so. Others may not think that way though. He's been nothing but kind to me since we met." She had caught that edge to his voice. "He was the first friend I'd ever made on my own, the only help we had was the introduction." And he was the best experience with other beings that she'd had without Blank's influence.

"Would you have rather moved on?" Scarlet did understand his doubt. After all they were the same person, with different experiences. Different paths taken, once they got to the station.
