You have a habit of saving me from myself. There was something all the harsher about those words, knowing what he had to do to his Bryn. There was a part of himself buried deep down inside that would never forgive himself for what he had done. But he had become stronger and stronger for all the hard things he had to do in his lifetime. A look or regret briefly washed over his face, taken away when he brought the cigarette up to his lips.
"She's... she's nervous" he said. "Worried but that's what she does. But she's as determined as always to see this through to the end" he added. "She's always been a survivor. Never really goes away once its been learned, does it?" he added, giving her a knowing look.
