When Sophia first arrived at the club, she would find only Rawdon sitting with two champagne glasses and a bottle. She might notice the party decorations, but Rawdon would have left the lights off everywhere except just at the area he was occupying.

After initial greetings of 'happy birthday' and so on, Rawdon popped the cork on the champagne - and everyone else knew that that was their cue to leap out of their hiding places, for the club lights to switch on, the music to start, and everyone to shout "SURPRISE!"

A smile broke over her lips when he responded in kind. She liked having the last name too. She moved as he lead her. But stayed close, even if it would have been frowned on in her day, she wouldn't have cared back then. She liked the warmth of his hands on her hips. The feel of his body against hers.

"He is in a separate room... But we could see if Shannon would keep an ear out. Unless you'd rather go somewhere else?" She asked with an arched brow. Scarlet already knew Loki and Shannon weren't quiet. And they had yet to move back to their apartment.

And to him, there was nothing like the feeling she gave him when they were close together. In any form she has from the tingling cold to the the radiating warmth. Blank knows continued to lead her in a soft circle.

"I know..." He didn't want to seem prudish, but he wasn't fully comfortable with having sex in a bed other than their own. "I was thinking we could spend the night at our apartment? We aren't fully moved back, but our bed is there. So is our couch, some chairs, that really nice kitchen table... Our bath." The grin on his lips took an upward turn.

Scarlet giggled softly. She hadn't forgotten his appetite. She stepped a little closer as he led them in the circle. Careful not to step on his feet. Her voice lowered to a soft husky drawl.

"Well, we could certainly go to our apartment and christen every surface. Or we could ask Bryn to keep a watch on Reeve, and visit every place in between here and there. There is an observation deck or two, or three, in between, I'm sure." She felt gooseflesh raise on her skin, at the thought. Her skirts hiked, breasts falling out of her bodice, with the park below them.

Scar's mentioning of Bryn snapped him out of his 'daze.' Slowly his head turned back and forth, looking around the room. The party was still going strong.

Scarlet had always known what it took to 'rev his engines.' Between her giggles, the husky tone in her voice, and her suggestions; he felt like he was about to burst.

"We could do that, yes..." His mind immediately went to taking her underneath the stars in any one of those decks. "Should I barge into her apartment and ask? I think she is in there with one of those pirate guys." Blank teased.

"How about we send her a message on her phone?" One of Scarlet's hands dropped from around his neck to bring her phone out of the pocket hidden within her skirts. "Because maybe she's having a little fun of her own with the 'pirate guy'. And would rather you not see her in that position. She didn't get to take part in our little orgy." For that she was kind of glad. She still chewed on it like a bitter pill that she hadn't been able to end Minette like the witch deserved.

With one hand she sent off a message to their vampire friend, before she stuck her phone back in her pocket. Now all they had to do was wait until she got a response.

A small chuckle came from him at her suggestion, and perhaps she was right about those two. Though, that thought did momentarily bring his grin down ever so slightly, it came back just as quickly.

"No, she was not." No, his mind was not going to go down that road. Not tonight. Not ever. Removing his hand from her waist after she put away her phone, he softly a hold of her wrist and put it back over his shoulder. They still had a dance to finish.

	She heard the ding, and raised her eyebrow at him, did he really want to finish that dance or was he going to let her check her phone. She highly doubted that Bryn would have said no. It would be the first time their vampire friend watched their son. If she wasn't 'entertaining' she was likely to say yes. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	He heard the ding as well, and could tell what she was implying with her raised eyebrow. He gave her a small nod as he chuckled softly at himself. "Of course, sorry." He was just doing his best to distract himself from the thoughts of her. He leaned down and gave Scarlet a small peck on the top of her head. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
