John thought about what their words. He had already made up his mind but he had other things to consider. Blank was sort of right about John in a way. Sort of. People were capable of changing his mind if they made strong enough arguments, or if John found another use for them. That usually ended in their death though... And as if conjured just by that thought, he could feel the presence of his own personal ghosts nearby.
Taking in a short breath through his nose, he tilted his head to the side slightly as he looked at Blank. "She's clever" he said, turning his head to look at her. "All right... he can come along and if we need you, he can call on you" he said, gesturing to Blank with his thumb. He picked up the newly refilled glass and swirled the liquid around, gazing at it briefly. "Or you can keep an eye from a distance. Either way, I'm going to sort things out one way or another" he shrugged, knocking back the drink.
