"It's open," Miguel said, loud enough to be heard, even as Lyla activated the panel that let the doors slide open and turned the lights up so that Rawdon would be able to see properly. She didn't manifest just yet; neither of them knew just what the man was comfortable with in terms of technology, so Lyla had decided to stay within her projector for now.
"Come in, sit down. How do you take your coffee?" Miguel asked as he glanced round from a control panel. A message from Lyla popped up in the bottom corner of the screen, letting him know Rawdon's height and weight parameters, so they were entered into the machine automatically as Miguel walked over to shake hands with the man. "I'm Miguel O'Hara, good to meet you," he said, and held his hand out. "You look a lot better than the last time I saw you. And lucid, too."
