Who: Miguel and Rawdon
Where: Miguel's lab
What: Genetic tinkering
When: Morning of October 23
Miguel had been very grateful to be working on a cure of sorts for Rawdon. His recent adventures through time had really thrown him for a loop, and he needed something where he had to actually think to snap him out of it instead of simply running batches of samples. He would have been much happier telling Sarah about his past in his own time, rather than having his hand forced by the station and whatever Tommy had been doing. Granted, 'his own time' would probably have ended up being 'never', but he was more than fine with that. And now everyone knew things he'd far rather had stayed hidden, and if he gave himself any down-time, he started going over his thoughts, analyzing them and over-thinking things.
So, Rawdon needing something done about his Yellow Fever was ... well-timed was the wrong word, there was no good timing for someone to get so badly ill, but the sentiment was the same. Miguel had put everything else on hold, and worked on the cure. And then he'd checked the network when Lyla announced that Jake had posted about a new door, and seen Rawdon posting and clearly lucid. Huh.
After a quick discussion, he started getting his machines all set up for checking Rawdon's possibly-new genetic make-up. If the man was now immune, all the better. The only thing lost was some of Miguel's time and he'd welcomed the distraction anyway. And if he wasn't immune, he soon would be.
