Rob did everything as instructed, and as he watched her secure him to the backboard, he felt both thankful that they had someone who knew what they were doing, and also horribly anxious. It all looked terribly serious, and he was having trouble dealing with how quickly things could go wrong. He'd ridden horses all his life, and he knew that accidents were common. It was just frightening, and perhaps he felt a little bit guilty.
