Thomas would have argued the whole good person part. Not openly. Openly he wanted to hear it. But it was nothing he could believe. Her laugh, however, was a reward in his own. It pointed into a different direction. "Or that way! Yeah, lets go that way instead." He leaned over and whispered into her ear. "Of course I knew that."
