Kylo then stood before Katherine and assessed her as he sized the question, seemed to roll it around in his mind or the answer even on his tongue before he said in a single, simple world, "No." No, it was not a great idea. His idea led to ruin. He had started this journey with anger in his heart and perhaps if he had never left that place he would have fulfilled it gladly, or perhaps something would turn him down another road. That girl. His mother. Snoke. A myriad of choices could be placed before him. But in this world he did not carry that rage with him anymore. His temper, of course, but that resentment and distrust was waning day-by-day at the hands of his lover, his friends such as Katherine or dare he even consider Sunilla, and those that simply cared for him like his master and Micha.
So, no, he did not think it was a great idea. He was certain that was why he was so loathing of returning--because he would fulfill his destiny, his great and vengeful plans, and hate it.
