General Hail to Starfleet command
The Elders gave me a jingle. They requested that I sit in for when the Federation has a diplomatic discussion. They want me to be educated further on Starfleet protocols....or whatever. Also they are interested in entering whatever application they need to give you guys so the Magical Community can join the UFP.

Our new visitors are currently being assessed by Spock and myself so that we can figure out who's dangerous and who will actually help. If they're walking around among us, they're friends, so treat them like friends. If they're in holding, it's because they wouldn't shut up about time travel or happen to be serial killers.
Any of the newcomers that are free to roam the ship are also to be given access to anything they need--including the computers, without Federation clearance of course--and we are currently working on some new living quarters for them.
Also, to said newcomers, if any of you are interested in enlisting in Starfleet and possibly becoming a permanent member of the crew, please see Commander Spock or myself.

This is Doctor Martha Jones, medical officer of UNIT, London based on Earth, also known as Sol Three. I feel I should tell you I am illegally aboard your vessel after using a teleportation devise, said devise is still operative and on my person, but I would rather not use it again until I know where I am. I'm also armed, but not, I repeat not, a danger.
I'm not sure where I am, but am hopeful you can trace this communication. I can wait here until you are able to send someone, or if would like me to move to a more appropriate location just let me know where and I will do that.

Captain. Security staff have recently apprehended two individuals who materialized in engineering without appropriate Starfleet authorisation. They are claiming to be from the early 21st century.
They are are hostile and potentially dangerous. The female has displayed abilities that are not characteristic of any known races in this quadrant.
