It was a different kind of miserable here though.

I know. I know he will be. I have memories and proof that he will be. It's just all the things that happen that he hasn't lived through yet. At least when he was here he didn't have to go through all of that.

...I know, Damon. A couple of days after I got here he told me everything. He threw a bunch of people under the bus. I don't know if you remember how angry I was because it kind of blended together with everything else. But I know.
