Oh.

That's certainly not what I was expecting. I feel a bit weaker, somehow.

Well. The location is interesting, at least, though I'd feel more comfortable if I had retained my ability to keep everyone safe.

It might be something to do with our species in general, though I find that hard to believe. At least a vast majority of your power is through training, that should help even if on a more mundane level.

It does take a great deal of power to do so. I can't say I find that comforting.

This must be a powerful magic to suppress such as us. It is disquieting enough that the Entity can do these things, but it seems as though this is an innate quality of the place rather than its doing.

I think so, too. I cannot access my magic or my abilities, but the root of them is born into me and I can sense something about the location itself rather than the being that brought us here.
