	I trained as an apprentice to our head doctor for several years. I've assisted in a range of medical and surgical procedures. I've done procedures in the field from minor first aid to life-saving surgeries. I don't have what passes for formal training or credentials in this world, but I do know what I'm doing. 	Not exactly. Our world wasn't a safe one. I was the only medic we had down there for awhile. Even after M the others made it down to the surface and we had more medics, it was kind of an all qualified hands kind of situation. Yeah. Field medic, medical field technician, combat medical technician. Someone who provides medical care when there's no fully trained doctor around and often without a properly stocked medical facility. It's basically what I did in the Army before I went back to college. There's quite a few people from differing worlds so I just translate it in my head to a rough equivalent.
