You're going to think I am absolutely mad and I might be...

Shortest explanation is that this place which looks a lot like the Muggle city New York (so I hear?) is outside time and space? No one really knows. Anyhow, people end up here from random places in time, random universes. They say there's some all powerful entity that plucks people and sends them here?

I haven't figured it out either if you can't tell and I've been here like a month. Harry isn't here...
