...so a farmer's tan is your upper arms are pale AF thanks to your short sleeves, most common in farmers. Reverse is your forearms are gonna be pale AF- in my case thanks to power dampening gauntlets.

It's how our brains are wired and chemicals mixed. It's not something that's ever going to go away, but the therapy helps.
