I'm shocking a lot of things, but none of that other stuff, so it's probably not the same thing.

It's sort of a bio-electrical burst? Spiderwebs are electrostatically charged to pull in anything that gets too close and disable whatever gets caught. I can do it to computers too, normally, but when it was an accident it was always on people.

Actually it's mostly a kind of magnetic field. It's how spiders stick to walls.
