I read somewhere that's hard on your knees, and that there's a general consensus that running is gross. :D

Yeah, most of the time I'm okay sitting down as long as I have something to do, but just sitting drives me mad. And sometimes I just need to get my heart rate up.

Weirdly flying here feels like we're more penned in than running does. Guess because I fly faster, and the height shows how small the island is.
