This would be a good moment to remind you all that you do have limits, regardless of whether they're physical or emotional. There is no shame in taking the day, or even one hour to yourself - chances are that someone equally skilled will be able to fill in.

Even I wouldn't be able to fight two dragons back to back and come out of it emotionally or physically, unscathed. Do take a minute. Take a shower. Eat. Check in with your loved ones and friends.

In other news, if you see Sam Wilson down in the infirmary, I have prescribed him bed rest, so please do restrain him and escort him back to his bedchamber.

I want at least six hours of sleep from you, Sam.

Does he need help down there? I'm not a healer but we trained on the basics as aurors. I can heal broken bones and stop bleeding, help people sleep, or administer the potions.
