I find myself unexpectedly disappointed to return to Manhattan. New Orleans is a city that Sera would have enjoyed very much, and though I'm not as adept as her at creating an atmosphere of festivity it was interesting to attempt to see things through her eyes.

Besides, New York is not New York without the Brooklyn Bridge. At least there is Central Park.

Darcy plans to do the rounds once we have finished at her apartment. No doubt we could accompany her that far.
