There's something to be said for perspective. Going back to a time where I didn't feel the weight of responsibility so much, it was ... enlightening. I grew into this, it wasn't dumped on me like I sometimes end up thinking. I've gone through the motions and pushed to this.

From Ms Marvel to Warbird to Binary to Captain Marvel. It's... it's a journey I can't help but be proud of. I guess going back to that for a while, remembering what it was to push further and harder and strive for this, because I knew I could do it, helps.

That being said, sorry if the light was bothering anyone, and to whomever knows the purple dragon? It was nice to have a companion up there who didn't mind the heat.

I've been so down on myself and this lifestyle lately, I went to space for crying out loud, like I thought that would fix anything. It was good to be reminded that I chose this. For better or worse.

It really doesn't. Because you know what? Space has a lot of problems too.

I broke up with my boyfriend to go to space with my cat. I'm worse than Jess.

I liked having him. I suppose I forget it's lonely in the sky, pretty much why I continuously find the ground again. Let Lockheed know I wouldn't mind company in the future too.

I can only imagine. Part of me wishes it had happened to me. To be younger and more free. But being proud of your journey and of what you became, that's a good takeaway.
