Half meditation, half low-cardio exercise. It was originally a Hindu practice, but it made its way to America and became very popular as a break from life stress. There are a lot of videos on the internet that show you what it's like. This is a basic introduction. It can get a little hokey sometimes, but I find it useful as a way to get ready for the day to start.
