Please take extra caution today. From the looks of it, superstitions about Friday 13th being bad luck are coming true, so if you can avoid doing things that have a possibility of going very, very wrong I'd do so. I'm going to be limiting any medical work today to just what's necessary.

I was mostly thinking about things like flight and super-speed where small problems can have big consequences, but yeah, we're probably not going to be able to eliminate risk completely.

Oh, my unpowered but still fabulous self will not ever be doing that. I even wore flat shoes today and did not straighten my hair.
