That's actually really reassuring.

Y'know, it's... It's the life of a Robin. There are just some people you have to deal with because of who you are. Some of it's good. I wouldn't have you or Clark or Roy or my brothers if I wasn't ever a Robin. But I also wouldn't have the Joker and Harley and Slade and Tarantula and Catwoman if I wasn't a Robin. Sometimes I wish I was still in the circus, but I know that I was born to help people and I can't turn my back on that just because it gets hard sometimes. Or because some people insist on being jerks about things.

You’re allowed to accept what you need just like anyone else. It doesn’t make you bad. It just makes you human.

The world is better for having had the Robins, and you’ve helped people from the first day you put on your mask. But that doesn’t mean that you should all have to bear it like a cross. It doesn’t mean that any of them should have walked away when everything was over like it doesn't mean just as much when you're the ones it happens to.

	Easier said than done. And y'know, there's accepting what you need when it adds, but there's also accepting what you need when it removes. And that second one is rough. I'm pretty sure I've got some kind of complex, between you and me. (Reply to this) (Parent)
