You know, I have never played D&D. Or anything like it. There was a group of kids at the Academy who played but I just never had time to join in. And, you know, dragons and wizards seemed weird in my 13-year-old brain.

I'm running a second session apparently after this one if you want to try. It's easy to learn. You wear kevlar and spandex, but dragons and wizards were weird?

And yeah, I realize how weird that sounds. Circus brat, raised by who I was raised by, and dragons and wizards are weird. But we didn't really do games at home. Just chess. Sometimes Alfred would play checkers with us.

It's a game you play with other people. You pick a character and cooperate with others to complete a mission. It's good for the imagination.
