They probably do. But I've been following more or less the same diet plan since I went into competitive sports. Making sudden changes isn't always a good idea.

Fresh fruit, muesli, sliced turkey in croissants, sometimes oatmeal or pancakes if I need more carbs, maybe an omelette.
