There is so much damage. I'm going to start helping to rebuild a few places this evening.

	It doesn't seem to me that it could work that way, otherwise Hydra would have created a great deal more than the few other Winter Soldiers that Zemo killed in Siberia. If it were that simple, their ranks would be full of super soldiers. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Exactly. The process of getting the serum wouldn't be what it was for either Steve, me, or the others in Siberia. He doesn't seem to grasp why I'd, or Steve for that matter, would object to giving him the serum in the first place. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
