Sam would have turned up early to help set up. Yes, he brought the mac'n'cheese. It has three different kinds of cheese. It's really good. There were also a few July 4th-themed things like you'd find on Pinterest that probably would be slightly wonky but for the most part more towards the success end than the fail end.

Maya turned up and mingled. She usually had a drink in hand and was grazing a bit, mostly going for the more healthy options.

Laura was down for burgers. As always in purely social situations, she was a bit awkward and kept half an eye on the crowd to try to see if there was anything she was particularly supposed to be doing, but she's not so wallflowery that she won't initiate conversations with people she knows.

	Oh Sam would also totally be indulging in drinks and if anyone paid enough attention they might notice that his good mood is more "aggressively cheerful" than just natural. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Sure thing! It's kind of funny how she gets on with the under 18s. She hasn't really had time to do adolescence properly and has to fit it alongside being an adult, lol. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Tony would privately offer Laura something alcoholic to drink if she promised not to tell Peter or Michelle since she is 18 and he knows her world has different rules. HOWEVER, if she accepted, he'd keep an eye on her because he feels protective toward her. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
