“And what, pray tell, is that?”

“It’s my anniversary gift to you; a tray of seedlings.” 

“Why would I want that?”

“They’re plants you use in potions.”

“Correct.”

“So I thought you’d enjoy growing them.”

“Why?”

“It’s fun!   Cultivating plants is very satisfying.  And you’d save a fortune.”

“Lupin; Erumpet urine is an ingredient in many potions, yet I hardly find it necessary to gestate one of the damn things myself.”

“Of course not.  That would just be silly.”

“Whereas me wearing leather gloves, sweating, swearing and getting stung makes perfect sense.”

“Mmmm, sounds kinky.”

“Then you’re doing the gardening!”
