Groaning as Remus slaked his orgasmic thirst, Severus’ toes curled and flexed against the rucked covers. His moans seemed to spur Remus on to more touches, more licks, more of everything.

Finally gentled to soft murmurs of pleasure, Severus curled around Remus’ body, seeking and sharing heat. They lay like two bananas in a bunch, curve to curve and slick skins pressed close but not tight. Severus began to snicker as he realized what he’d been thinking.

“Remus, I do believe I’ve compared us to fruit in a basket after this latest round of fuckery.” He grinned against Remus’ neck.

“Severus, I’ve found that you have great appeal and while stripping you down, delving under layers of wool armor, fine linen, and sturdy cotton, I beheld the best banana of the bunch hanging solitary under them all.” Remus turned over to see the surprise on Severus’ face. “What? You think you’re the only one that can see a fruit basket and get all poetical after great sex?”

“Lupin…” Severus growled into Remus’ hair, just behind his ear. “Are you telling me my innocent comparison was due to subliminal cues?” He curled his fingers into Remus’ hips and pinched.

“No fair!”
