It was a sublime scene. One side of the room housed a potions lab fit for the Minister's personal brewer. The tables were set at Severus' height, the shelves teemed with expensive and rare ingredients, and dozens of stirring rods lay nestled in velvet for safekeeping. The space also contained a bed made with silk sheets and gossamer curtains billowing in a breeze they couldn't feel.

"Lupin." Severus paused, his temper rising. "I thought you said it would only provide what was desperately desired. I do not need sleep, merely inaccessible components."

"We walked in at the same time, Severus. Remember?"
