As a member of WAGE as well as the Order of the Phoenix, Charlie Weasley is no strange to terror. His reign of bloodshed and cruelty is legendary. The number of wizards who have been cursed by his wand couldn’t all fit into the Ministry of Magic atrium. And now, another innocent soul has fallen victim to this violent wizard. Victor Dukelow, an innocent Halfblood from a good magical family, was killed by Charlie Weasley. He was eight years old.
The boy had been playing outside his family home in Ottery St. Catchpole, not two miles from the former residence of the Weasley clan. His mother, Violet (nee Diggory) Dukelow, heard her son scream and by the time she reached his body he was deceased. She reported seeing a tall man with red hair walking away from the scene. The man, she reported, turned back and told her “Followers of He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named will all be killed.”

Mrs. Dukelow identified the man after being shown several photographs of known rebels. When she came across Mr. Weasley’s picture, she broke down into tears and had to be calmed down before the interview could continue, our sources at the Ministry report.
How an eight year old boy could be a treat to Mr. Weasley, The Order or WAGE we’ll never know. We do know, however, that the members of these rebel groups are dangerous wizards and a threat to our world.
