Welcome!

The sign-ups for the fourth annual [info]snape_potter Daft Day [info]snarry_swap are now open. They'll stay open through Friday Sept 18.

Anyone over the age of 18 may sign up, provided they didn't drop out of the fest before. You can find our rules on our profile page. If you have any further questions, feel free to e-mail us at smutswap [at] gmail [dot] com.

Please fill out the entire sign-up form as thoroughly as possible (except for the optional part if you choose not to provide a plot scenario). Simply copy/paste the following template into a comment to this post. (Don't worry if you forget something. You can always add information in a reply to your comment. :D)






Some notes regarding the sign-up form:

Name: Either your IJ or LJ name is fine. If you don't have a journal at all, that's fine, too. Just give us your pen-name.
E-mail: Please make sure it's a working address you check regularly.
Age statement: "I'm over 18" is sufficient.
What do you like to contribute? Art or fic?:
What do you prefer to receive? Fic, art or either?: Depending on how many artists and authors sign up, we might not be able to fulfill your request here.

For the gift you will be receiving:

Kinks: Anything you would like to see included in your gift. Be aware that this is a list for the person who creates for you to choose from.
Squicks: Anything you wouldn't like to see included in your gift. Please let us know of any age limits, so we can make sure to not give chan to someone who lives in, say, Australia.
(Optional) Scenario or plot device: If the artist/author can work this in their gift, that is. They are not required to. Please make this as general as possible. Give the author/artist something to go with.

What do you like to contribute? Art or fic?: Hah. Fic. Trust me on this one.
What do you prefer to receive? Fic, art or either?: Either, maybe a slight preference for fic.

For the gift you will be receiving:

Kinks: Clearly I don't expect all of these in one fic! I enjoy romantic comedy with lots of snark and banter, sarcastic Snape (generally hiding some insecurities), skirt/kilt fic (or art), wall!sex, desk!sex, outdoor!sex, desperate I can't keep my hands off you/got to have you NOW!sex, partially dressed sex, shower/tub sex, voyeurism/exhibitionism, dirty talk, flirtation. Specific cliches I like are: slightly clueless Harry (although I do like him to be an adult who knows he wants Snape), accidental/forced bonding (as long as they are both secretly in lust/love), de-aged fics, time travel, first time (how they get together, UST), magic rituals.

Squicks: Torture, non-con/dub-con, character death of people I care about (Snape, Harry, Luna, Hermione, Draco, Neville... okay, you know what? Don't kill anyone except Ginny, Voldemort, Bella, Fenrir or other bad DEs. *g*), no chan (under 16), suicide, infidelity, humiliation, scat, hopeless angst, BDSM, no D/s (I'm picky and it's too hard to explain what I like, which is non D/s D/s *g*), necrophilia, roman showers, watersports, blood play, breathplay, weird bodily fluids used for lube (in fact just use LUBE for lube, please), non magic AU.

(Optional) Scenario or plot device:

1. Harry is a Curse-Breaker and he stumbles across an ancient artifact. He takes it to Snape, now an Unspeakable, and somehow it binds them together (makes them have wild monkey sex in inappropriate places). *g*
2. Snape is saved in the Shrieking Shack (maybe Hermione pulls her head out of her arse and realizes she has everything she needs to save him in that bag) and Harry, after having looked through the memories, realizes he owes Snape. He starts hanging about the hospital, Snape shoos him off but Harry is determined to repay his debt. Snape, thinking he'll scare Harry off, says: Fine, you want to repay me, I want a love life - find me a lover. Harry tries to set Snape up and in the middle of it realizes he wants Snape for himself.
3. I would love to read a nice time travel Snarry. I can't think of a scenario right now, but something where either one of them jump in time and encounter the other and there's lots of sex. Sorry to be vague...
