I love this too. The way it was very much a late second chance for them both. Severus was wonderfully snarky and I had tears in my eyes at one point as their story unfolded.

I loved all the little touches too. Harry's friends, the very obvious affection that his children had for him. Harry's unconditional support for Al and Kreacher I loved the tale of Kreacher and the goats that was running in the background!

Fabulous story!

Oh! I'm sorry I made you sniffle!

I wanted to have more scenes that included James and Lily, but Al was the only child who really was in a position to move the plot forward, so I left them out. I'm glad that their affection came through for you, regardless.
