Summary: Upon waking up, Severus finds himself not recovering from Nagini's bite, but healing after a long-term mysterious illness. Not only must he uncover the mystery of the cause of his affliction, but also deal with his lover, who is the very last person he wanted to ever see again: Harry Potter.

I was warned when I realised that it was going to be over 70k (and I cut down a ton!) that I would have people complain about the length and such because it's one of the longer fics ever posted for the Games. However, I figured there have to be a good amount of speed readers and I just couldn't cut it down anymore. I'm delighted that you were able to read it all in one sitting and didn't think it too long at all!

This is my second mystery (still writing my long first) and I've found that I think I'm revealing more than I actually am. I'm delighted I was able to keep it underwraps without being frustrating.

I'm delighted to be part of the team!

	You know I for one was telling you not to cut it down. Yes, I know it's proper to take out extra 'stuff' to make the story tighter, but I'm so glad you didn't chop it too far back. It just wouldn't have been the same. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I will admit that I was a little apprehensive about reading such a massive story, but after the first few paragraphs, I was hooked. I just couldn't stop - I had to know what was going to happen. (Reply to this) (Parent)
