Sorry I'm so shamefully late with comments (concentrated on reading and voting), but I had to tell you, that this was brilliant. You two can pull off such unusual ideas and plots (seriously, who else could have written punk Snape?) so flawlessly and brilliantly, that I'm in constant awe. Thank you!

Ahh, it's such a kick to hear that you liked our story! I'm particularly thrilled that you liked Punk Snape - I have to admit, I've got a soft spot for the hard-bitten bugger myself!

Thank you very much!

I didn't get around to reading this one during the games itself, but what a wonderful, imaginative story. I adored crazy!Harry and exasperated!Snape and the curse was so original :)

Great fic.

take care,
Annette

Thank you so much! It's thoughtful of you to let us know how you felt.

The idea behind the hand came from the song lyrics of course, but then it gained details and consequences, and quickly we realized that we could turn it into a Potterverse curse.

Crazy Harry was incredibly fun to write, and Snape's exasperation just flowed naturally from the situation in which we put the poor sod. ;)

It's great to hear you enjoyed our story! As for the ending, we'd put the poor lads through so much, we thought they deserved a big finish!

Thank you very much!

*flails* This was so, so awesome. Usually with longer fics I skim a bit because I just have so many other things to get around to reading and I'm trying to knock down the pile, but this fic made me read every word of it.

I know what you mean about the temptation to skim when your to-be-read pile keeps getting bigger, and it's a huge shot in the arm to hear that you enjoyed our fic enough to linger!

Thank you very much!

I have been hoarding this story, you know. Saving it for a day when I knew I would need to read a fantastic, heart-stirring, SEXAY Snarry story in order to rescue a part of me that was flagging and just couldn't drum up the juice to run anymore.

Because I know you guys are good for that, and there is nothing quite as good as reading an Acid/Sinick for the first time.

So I hoarded this story for two years, until today.
It was every bit as good as I'd hoped, as I'd expected. Mad!Harry was charming as a Hatter, and Severus was the perfect March Hare of grumpiness -- and no, I've not even seen that movie yet, so you mayn't smirk!

The Camden crowd was delightful, as was Severus turning the tables on Harry in the Underground, and shaking the angst off his shoulders in a blast of Clash. And yeah, the Mark Sex was... unf! Knucklebiting does well enough by way of descriptor, I think.

Thanks for the Veil!curtain, by the way. And for the surprise!Nietzsche there at the end as well.

Brilliant, and just the ticket for today.

Ahhh, thank you so much! You know how I feel about your writings: I'm utterly chuffed to hear that our story managed to give you a bit of a boost when it was needed. Payback ain't always a bitch. :)

Heh, I haven't seen the movie yet either, but there's a seat in the SF IMAX that has my name on it, probably next weekend. I go to the movies so seldom that when I do I like to make it worthwhile, and a screen about 50 times larger than my condo fills that bill!

This is a story that was pecking at the shell a long time. I love Camden to tiny pieces, and I've wanted to write Punk!Snape since forever.

The idea that Harry's shower curtain cape was really the Veil came quite late in the story: one of those bolts from the blue that happen all too seldom when writing.

And I'm SO glad you liked the riff on Nietzche: that was one of mine. One of these days I'm going to get it tattooed. ;}

Wicked!
That was really really good! And I've had Red Right Hand (the song) in my head for several days, it's one of my favourites (that is a huge bonus, I assure you, otherwise my head is full of my 3 years old son's nursey songs😀).
Thank you very very much for this fic
