“If that's what they want, I'll give them my childhood home.” Severus read over the prospectus for the Gaunt House Restoration. “What's next, giving it to the National Trust as a tourist site? Snake-themed tea parties should be so very popular during summer holidays.”
“I couldn't say,” said Lupin. He coughed and unwrapped a Fisherman's Friend. “I wonder whether the Ministry realize that these historic sites could easily become shrines for what's left of the Death Eaters.”
Severus shuddered. He hadn't seen Lucius in years, and never wanted to see him again. “I hadn't considered that,” he admitted.
