It occurs after the wedding ( partially told [ here ] ) but before the honeymoon, which will be posted soon. You don't need to read the wedding to understand what's going on, but I do advise you to read "Potted Rump" [ here ] as it explains a great many thing about Draco's financial and estate affairs.
