I'd really like to find someone interested in a long term slash fantasy (urban or historical) line. I have a few new ideas as well as some older ones listed below the cut, always open to other ideas as well.
The Long Game. Typically when a devil is summoned to Earth from the Nine Hells by a desperate mortal, the devil is quick to collect the offered soul and return to their home plane, utterly uninterested in the pathetic going ons of the mortal realm. Character A expected much the same when he was summoned to Earth in the mid nineteenth century, but when he arrived he saw much more in the mortal that had summoned him than the immediately available soul to collect. Within the mortal was the potential for a great weapon, one that could elevate Character A far above any station that he could hope to achieve within the Infernal hierarchy by himself. He left the woman with her soul, asking instead for the woman's fourth child in exchange for his assistance in securing her a husband. The woman agreed, assuming that she could escape the devil's deal by stopping before every becoming pregnant with a fourth child. Her first three pregnancies ended without a living child being born but on the fourth, the woman felt blessed when she gave birth to a living child. Character A watched with satisfaction as this baby was brought into the world and swaddled by his mother, knowing that the loss of her first three children would make the mother and father all that much more protective and attentive to this child, the fourth child, his child. Years later, Character A returned and began a well orchestrated attack on the child's life, killing his parents, bring all of his property and hopes to absolute ruin until the child, now a man, had fallen as far as he could. That is when Character A presented himself to the man and offered a deal to give the man riches and success again in exchange for a seemingly simple favor. The man agreed and Character A smiled.
For the following century and a half, Character A masterfully manipulated this bloodline sometimes appearing as the devil he was with death and pain as his tools, other times appearing as the savor and protector of the family. He eliminated members and branches of the family that he no longer needed, took children from their parents and left them in the care of other families that owed him favors that could further his plans, ensured the continuation of the bloodline, through both consensual and non-consensual pairings as well as his immediate intervention during times of war to keep his investments safe. Finally, as the twentieth century began approaching its final decades, Character A knew the time had come. The bloodline had been strengthened and now it was time to perfect it in the form of a final child, that weapon he had seen all those years prior, Character B. Character B's life was just as finely manipulated as the history of his family, Character A throwing up just right challenges at the perfect moments, rewarding Character B when necessary and making sure he possessed all the qualities that Character A felt were necessary and when the time was right, Character A saw to the final transformation of Character B into his weapon.
It was then that Character A approached Character B, offer his assistance as Character B came to terms with his new life. The plan was to manipulate Character B, to ensnare him in a pact with the devil and turn him against his enemies but despite all of Character A's planning and manipulations, he never could have guessed how difficult Character B would be to control. Unlike all the generations before him Character B has refused to fall in line, he ignores Character A's manipulations and refuses to trust him. Character B might be the perfect weapon but he is one that Character A can not wield and that is causing Character A to have to take a new approach.
(Preference to play Character A. What Character B is is totally up to you. He could be a witch, a genetically and magically enhanced warrior, werewolf, vampire, whatever)
The Fox's Prey. Character C is a kitsune, a supernatural spirit in mortal form known for their mischievous nature. For six centuries he has roamed the world letting the wind and his sense of enjoyment guide his life, leaving behind a trail of victims with stories too wild to be believed. One of the only things Character C has ever taken serious is the search for his soulmate. Everyone has one, even morally ambiguous tricksters that can live for hundreds of years but Character C hasn't found his. The closest he's ever come was seeing his soulmate in a dream or vision more than four hundred years prior. He both instantly that the man was his mate and has been looking into the faces of everyone since then hoping to see the man again with no luck. This doesn't mean that Character C has been celibate since then, he's had companions (often multiple at the same time) but there has always been something lacking, even in those that he stayed with for decades. Then one day Character C, literally, ran into the one he had been searching for the past four hundred years on the street. The only problem was his mate wasn't quite his mate, not yet. Character D was younger than he had been in the vision, years from being the man that Character C had seen so the kitsune went on his way, occasionally popping into Character D's life to check in on him. He'd use his ability to enter the dreams of others to visit Character D and talk about his life, learn about him, or his shapeshifting ability to become a classmate so that he could give him a gift on his birthday. He even spent a semester teaching history at Character D's school during his senior year of high school but it wasn't until Character D was grown that Character C became truly interested.
It was clear that this was his mate, Character C now felt the pull but it didn't seem that Character D did. The man looked but never made a move so Character C took on a more active approach. He started come around when Character D was at work, using his abilities to pull Character D into illusions of Character C appearing between the man's legs and blowing him in the middle of his workplace, or by manipulating his dreams to revolve around the two of them. He's always around, always flirting and teasing and pushing Character D. Eventually Character D begins making use of Character C's presence, using his abilities to help him with his job as he tries to figure out his feelings for the man.
(I'd prefer to play Character C. I'd like for Character D to be a cop or a supernatural hunter or something but that isn't necessary, he could be a banker for all I care. I'd like it if Character D developed a crush on Character C a while ago as this guy from his dreams or as his high school teacher and fucking him has always been a fantasy. We could combine this line with "The Long Game" and Character B and D could be the same person and I'll play A and C.)
Or someone that would be interested in exploring this line with Benedict here that I started with someone else before they bailed on ke
The Soulmate. They meet at a party, at the grocery store, at a restaurant or gym and the attraction is practically tangible. It doesn't take long before they are locked in a bedroom, bathroom, car or locker room and exploring each other with a desperate hunger. That's when the bonding happens (knotting, soul marks, whatever) and it becomes clear that they are soulmates. However, it is 2015 and the notion of soulmates is just ridiculous so, when they can, they separate and go their own ways until they bump into each other again and fall into bed together again, and again, and again. Eventually pretending that they are anything less than soulmates is pointless and the two embrace the truth.
The Binding. When your character suffers a magical injury that can't be healed by any other methods, their family/clan/pack/whatever turns to Benedict for assistance. The sorcerer can't heal your character either, the wound is too severe however he performs a ritual that bonds their spirits together, allowing your character to draw on Benedict for the strength needed to fight off the injury and heal. Having the two bonded like this, even temporarily, isn't ideal for your character's family but there is no other option and they leave the two to recover. The healing takes a while and your character is banned from helping his family hunt for the attacker but that doesn't stop him from looking himself and as Benedict is bound to him, he assists. As time passes, your character gets stronger, as does the connection between him and Benedict.
Any of these lines can be combined or edited to your liking.
I'd really really love to play against a Taylor Kinney, Taylor Kitsch, Derek Theler, Tom Hardy, Chris Pratt, Jason Momoa, Joe Manganiello, Kellan Lutz.
