your character hears an urban myth about the gangbang society, a secret group of men who engage in wild, uninhibited sex. rumor is that if you draw or tattoo a certain symbol somewhere visible on your body then you volunteer yourself as a willing bottom 24/7 for any number of men, no refusal. this could be just a general sex/kink group, or since we're close to halloween it could be in service of some kind of fertility god or demon. your character gets curious - perhaps draws the symbol on his arm or neck in (accidentally permanent?) marker - and decides to walk around with it, unaware of just how many men in his small town are society members.
the postman, the grumpy old neighbor, your friendly doctor, your sister's husband, the supposedly straight gent at the hardware store, the entire line at the pub urinal, even your best friend... all members who have been waiting years for marked meat.
