Character A lets his best friend (character B) set him up on a blind date with a friend of his. He's been single for far too long and figures his best friend knows someone decent who's his type. Or at least he hopes so. His best friend doesn't tell him much about who he's setting up with insisting he wants him to be surprised. What character A doesn't realize is that character B is his blind. His best friend has been in love with him for years and never had the courage to tell him.

What will A do when B walks in and sits down at the table as he's waiting for his blind date to show up for dinner? Lets discuss the details and see where things go. I prefer to play A.

I'm interested in writing a Gothic supernatural romance set in the Romantic or Victorian era (19th - early 20th century). A blend between The Alienist, Carnival Row and Penny Dreadful is really what I'm after here. Think dark atmospheres, cramped cooridors, pomp and cirumstance, string quartets and obnoxiously decorated manors. There will be murder and intrigue afoot.

There is so much room to brainstorm and create organically within this world, so I'll keep it simple: I'll take any manner of supernatural beast or man, preferably the tall, dark and handsome type (I don't mind a little fur). Eldritch horrors are welcome, if they come dressed the part. I'd prefer a slow burn, but mature scenarios and subject matter will be plentiful. This post is screened, as is the one in my journal.

Looking for two or three slash writers for a mini a/b/o gpsl. We would write at least one omega and one alpha character each who are involved with each other to create a tight family unit. One of the potential ideas is our dudes live on a ranch or a cabin in the forest, somewhere where could be self-sufficient and raise their families. Definitely open to poly. Maybe a shifter, a witch and a vampire a la Being Human?
