Looking for PSL for Oliver here. He is a delightfully awkward, socially inept expert in art history and art forgery.
Was thinking maybe he becomes involved with (is seduced by?) an infamous forger that has fooled every other expert aside from Oliver. Maybe Oliver knows, maybe he doesn't?
Maybe the forger started stalking Oliver since he's the only one who has been able to call out his work and then found himself developing a crush of sorts on the innocent, brilliant and adorably clumsy Oliver and decides to get closer to him?
Ooooor the opposite happens. Oliver tracks down the identity of the forger and accidentally finds himself mistaken for a buyer and in some shady situations he is not prepared for or just casually engaged in conversation with the man-and ultimately gets all sorts of confusing feelings that make him flustered and cause him to blush a lot. Haha.
All just loose ideas, nothing set in stone-
I'm open to brainstorming any and all ideas brought forth!
Threading only-equal parts character development, smut, a few laughs and plot.
