Looking to figure out some kind of rookie/old cop situation between my Sebastian Stan pb and an older face. The world is hanging heavy in a cradle of pre-apocalyptic tension and everything seems ready to fall apart around them. I don't want the characters to actually be cops, I just want the dynamic of the partnership and they can be whatever we deign them to be.
I do have a loose idea about one of them being on the run from a government agency for [insert reason here] but that's totally optional.
