Like, they both claim to be straight (and they are) but sometimes when they're drunk, they end up kissing or getting touchy feely. They don't talk about it afterward and act like nothing happened. I don't know if I want this to end up being they end up together but they would at least acknowledge the pink elephant in the room at some point. This guy is going to be a villain, so it'd be mighty interesting if Misha was a hero, or a partner in crime with Arc.

nemesiscity doesn't necessarily have to be a full-fledged slash line but this guy could use an intensely loyal partner in crime who works as his public representative, essentially taking credit for his work as well as being his eyes and ears. an alien or superpowered individual, heck a regular citizen, would work as long as they share the same dream of making the city's heroes and villains accountable for their actions and the destruction that often follows.
