I have a basic plot i'm super itching to try. It involves some world building and combines light fantasy (think game of thrones esque world) politics, intrigue, romance, angst, fluff and drama. The basic plot is guy A (your guy) and his company of men (could be millitary based, envoys, priest, merchants, etc) are slaughtered, leaving only him alive. The king or a rebel ruler if you want it to be a non recognized country,spares him because of any skill you want, making him a servant for his mind to the 'kingdom'. My guy is the king's son and between their time together and talking, a forbidden romance happens thatleads to them leaving the kingdom behind and running for their lives.
