Would anyone be interested in a quirky Christmas line involving two friends -
Character A is a success in his chosen career, but that doesn’t seem to matter much when he goes home for the holidays. Everyone asks if he’s seeing a special someone and when he says no, he spends the rest of his time ignoring the pitying looks and avoiding attempts at getting set up. This Christmas, Character A wants to avoid all of that so he tries to convince Character B, his friend/coworker/what have you, to play the part of his boyfriend. Character B begrudgingly agrees to the ruse. The problem is Character B has feelings for Character A and he soon starts to think that this isn’t such a great idea, after all.
Ideally, I’d like this to be a long-term, threading line where they end up together. I’m happy to work out more details of the line or what sort of history the characters have with one another and I could play either character.
