I'm on the road for the next couple of days and would love to have something to help keep me entertained during the seemingly endless hours. Would anyone be interested in a short term storyline (unless we click) between the father of two college-aged boys and the best friend of the father's oldest boy? Or maybe it's a college trip, with Zachariah being the astronomy professor who regularly takes his best students camping in the mountains and your guy is his prized pupil who becomes more than that. Open on pbs, but having recently seen Now You See Me I would love to do something with Mark Ruffalo and Jesse Eisenberg. I'm also interested in pbing Kevin Costner, Sean Bean, or Clive Owen.
Would love to include elements of alien abduction in the line; whether one of the sons insists they've been abducted and starts acting strangely, they all get abducted yet only remember the experience in dreams, they all get abducted and have something implanted in them that causes things to start acting strangely, etc.

After seeing Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, I'd really love a spy based line. I have an idea below and am trying to keep it as abstract as possible, so we can not feel pigeonholed into the prompt to follow it to a tee. Though inspired by Jack Ryan there are no spoilers for those who want to see the movie!
The rp would focus on a spy [ideally your boy] and his fiance [my boy]. For 'logic' purposes the best way to explain it would be the rp would be broken up into 3 different 'sections'. The first being the fiance not knowing about his fiance's spy activities and their world dealing with it. The intrigue, and lies and problems dealing with the lies and the spy being forced to lie, and strain his relationship. I'd NPC any 'spy based characters' needed to progress the spy life along. The second part would be the main mission, in which, willing or not, the fiance gets involved...possibly because of his stubbornness to not let go, the spy slipping up, or some thing he provides that the fiance's agency decides they need to complete this very important mission. This could either bring them closer together or bring them further apart, depending on how you want to play it. The final part would be the culmination of the threat, the completion (or failure) and the aftermath of the mission and them (ideally) reconciling their relationship (if they had been growing apart) or growing even stronger. This rp could be as long term as you want and span multiple missions and awesome world building.
Ideally this line would have scenes, gif spams, "Texting" conversations through customs, emails and other such things to compensate for their long time abroad. We can make the mission as abstract or as detailed as you want. I'm open to faces as long as they are both in their 30s. My fiance will not be a stereotypical mary stu who needs to be saved...i'm envisioning him the opposite. I can give you detailed information about him if this interest you!
