HEY! Hello! Uhm, yeah.
Looking for someone to write with concerning this lovely thing named Peter-played by James Marsden and his dangerous cheekbones.
Peter is the kind of willfully naive, wholesome. ultimate nice-guy-boy-next-door-bleeding-heart-romantic and he's about to graduate med school and marry his -cough. dreamgirl.
My idea was that he's had the same best friend for years, someone who's a bit more jaded then him, maybe seen a bit more of the world or had it a bit rougher than Peter, but he still loves (maybe even LOVES) and is loyal to him no matter what- even if it means having to watch him get married and never getting to be with him....sigh.
So his best friend is also his best man but the week before the wedding...well, Peter starts to notice something different about the way he's feeling about his friend and it's making things in his very picture perfect world confusing and messy.
Whether Peter has been kinda questioning about his sexuality in the past or his friend is gay or straight or in-the-closet, you know those details can all be worked out. I am just into exploring the character struggle (his friend wanting him to be happy, but kind of not, Peter wanting to do the ''right'' thing and not hurt anyone ect...)
PLUS! SERIOUS sexual tension in Black Tie formalwear! It's a win all over.
