a) Teen single dad has just transferred to a new school and is trying to fit in and feel normal while balancing his extra responsibilities. Looking for a friend and/or love interest for an awkward high school line full of insecurities, curfews, and the other trials of being a teenager.
b) They met when they hooked up for a one night stand at freshman orientation. They became best friends. In sophomore year, they got an apartment together. Now it's junior year. One has a steady boyfriend. One uses casual sex to avoid dealing with his fear of commitment. They've 'accidentally' hooked up a few times in the past couple years, especially when drunk (because it's totally not cheating if it's your best friend, you're drunk, and your boyfriend never finds out). They know each other inside and out and can finish each other's sentences more often than not. But they're just friends. So Casual Sex has no reason to feel quite so abandoned because of Serious Relationship's serious relationship. And when Casual Sex thinks maybe it's time for him to grow up and find a serious relationship of his own, Serious Relationship has no business being as doubtful (or jealous) as he is.
TL;DR -- best friends and roommates, both are slow to catch on to the idea that they've probably been in love with each other for a long time now. (I'm willing to play either -- maybe slight preference toward playing Casual Sex.)
For either line, please be over 18, literate, and willing to play by email. Very open when it comes to faces (although I have my own favorites that I like to use for my characters, I don't mind who you pick for yours). Not looking for smut heavy lines (especially for line A), but playing out sex scenes is fine. (Any physical intimacy in line A should be with characters 16+, writers 18+, and I'd be looking more to play the fantastic awkwardness of teenagers who don't know what to do with themselves once they get past second base than to be writing sexy wankfodder. Occasional sexy wankfodder is more than welcome in line B so long as it doesn't dominate the line. ^_^)

I had a line like this ages ago and I really miss it; would anyone be interested?
A is the seventh-born son from the royal family of a large and powerful emperor. Considering how low he is in the succession, he is more or less ignored and allowed to do whatever he wants. But he's too ambitious to be content with this arrangement, and he has designs for the throne. When his older brother brings him back a gift in the form of a slave--B, a man who looks like a woman--A finds that a golden opportunity just dropped in his lap when he realises that B is magically gifted. In return for helping him take the throne, A offers B revenge on the brother responsible for burning his village and killing his entire family, as well as his eventual freedom--that is, unless B is too tempted by the power that comes with being the maybe-king's consort.
Notes: I would be playing B. A's sexuality can either be open knowledge or it can be a secret, I'm down for whichever angle. (I do sort of like the idea of B having to hide his gender and pass as a woman in public though.) This would be a high fantasy, long-term line with a lot of plot in addition to smut.
