Premise: Theodore Nott is about to make a big mistake. While experimenting with a book of ancient charms (in the name of the Department of Mystery, of course), he pulls himself through to another dimension. While the possibility of a way to return home may exist, the copy of the book he has is missing that particular page—through deliciously convenient happenstance, of course.
Wanted: the poor, hapless wizard he pulls through alongside him. Prefer canon character, though name-only and/or loosely defined is fine. No preference as to former house or current occupation, just be prepared to explain why your character was in the Department of Mystery at the time of the incident.
Writer must be open to brain-storming alternate dimensions to travel through. I am hoping for eventual slash, but I find the slow build-up as pleasurable as the final payoff. Threading only, as e-mail and gdocs do not cooperate at work. Inquire below!

Due to me reading too many X-men comics and watching Sherlock Holmes again, I find myself with few new ideas that I’d love to find someone help me expand on and play out. If there is interest by multiple parties I would be happy to discuss a group line as well. For individual lines I am looking for slash and to play through threading.
Basically I’m looking to play a line with mutants set in Victorian times, maybes with some steam-punk elements added. I’d like to keep the mistrust and hatred that the general populace has towards mutants/the heroes so that we can deal with the government hunting them at the same time they are fighting the bad guys and trying to save the world. I figure the sentinels can come into play as giant clockwork automatons and we can have the Hellfire Club play a big role as this is their era to shine.
Alternatively I’d be open to playing in a medieval/fantasy setting or even modern day. I am partial to having the team be new and only composed of a few members as opposed to an entire school. If anyone is familiar with the Ultimate X-Men comics, that’s more the feel I’m looking for. Younger characters, still mastering their abilities and learning how to work together with a leader who isn’t as noble as he claims to be.

I am looking for a mature, amazing writer who would be interestered in picking up a line that I previously had with another writer.
The gist of the line is two men who meet briefly and then keep in contact through letters and eventually fall in love. The first half of this of this line would be them writing letters back and forth only, so you have to like writing letters. :) Later the line would be scening over AIM.
I'm willing to give more details about the previous line if you're interested. Also, I'm seeking a writer from the US. I love you guys from other countries, but being online at the same time is often too dificult.

since i've been watching too many '90s movies, i'd love a slash line based (roughly) around a romeo + juliet type scenario, or something simple with two people perhaps meeting while they're both on a summer trip? or you can just check the journal and throw an idea at me!
