Anyone up for a romance from outerspace? Nio is an alien stranded in Maine (of all places) and I would love to find a guy who would take this slightly confused stranger under his wing and celebrate Christmas with him. Although Nio does look like a human (pb is Benedict Cumberbatch), there are some important differences: his tolerance for heat is high, but he freezes easily (unlike humans Nio's race derives from a reptilian sort of animal), while he does understand the human language most concepts and traditions (or social norms) are beyond him, he is highly curious and his sense of danger is somewhat underdeveloped.
A patient man who can handle potentially dangerous (and funny/awkward) situations and who wouldn't mind hiding Nio for the holidays would be fantastic. Long-term and threading, please.

The XY Files
~thexyfiles is a celeb and PB (OC) friendly m-preg and slash community, where women have lost their ability to reproduce as a consequence of mass anti-fertility vaccination campaign gone awry.
The game takes place a month after the global disaster and is set in present day on Naval Air Station Lemoore in California.
We are especially looking for military police and medical staff (doctors, nurses), as well as more dominant characters (seeders) in general.

A has just recently discovered he has powers. Not just any powers, though, he's more powerful than anyone can begin to imagine, which means that even in a world where mutants don't exist - at least not to the public eye - there are a few different groups that want him for themselves. He's been on the run for a while now, on his own, hiding out wherever he can, and when he stumbles into B, he's sure he's done for. But B is on A's side, a long-running member of a vigilante group of mutants who just want safety and freedom from persecution for their own kind. B doesn't realize, when he convinces the kid to come in, that he's going to wind up partnered with him. B's tired of his work, tired of the conspiracies and even though he's the best at his job, he can't seem to muster the interest it warrants. A is still of particular interest to any number of people, and B is tasked with training him to protect himself and to hone his powers, which wouldn't be such a big deal if A wasn't such a smartass.
Looking for character B in this line, I'm picturing someone older, tired, kind of worn out who just goes through the motions, at least until A shows up. I'd love a good push-and-pull relationship to form, lots of give and take where they both give each other shit and throw it right back. Wit and sarcasm are appreciated!

Hey all!
Sooo....I might be bringing in another boyo over at french_quarter, PBed by Darren Criss.
I've got my fingers crossed to find a Chris Colfer PB to play against. <3
He'll be an Angel- though he'd be in the process of falling due to his fondness of mortal males, even though he hasn't been in love before.
He'd be an active supporter of gay rights and uses his musical talents to help earn money for non-profit clinics. When he's not busy with school? He works at his adoptive mothers' bakery and is learning how to craft up all sorts of delightful treats!
However, he's still young and the bullying of school days haunt him. The wealth of his adoptive father has set him up but it's not something he tends to flaunt. Of course he had the option of private school which he did attend until feeling completely disconnected.

Has anyone else been playing Skyrim? Anyone want to do something slashy in the Elder Scrolls universe? I'm open to playing lots of things but I think I favor elven races. It would be totally cool to do something with the racial tension between elves and one of the human races, or even between two different elven races.
Threading or AIM, long-term or short-term. PSL please, maybe comm if one exists. Comment or message my AIM sn, "thotxperiment".
Edit: I'll also do general high fantasy without a fandom, possibly supernatural but I'm personally a bit worn out on the usual races.

Longshot, especially since I've missed the royal wedding bandwagon by a mile, but would anyone be interested in a slash line where one of the characters is a prince? I could play either though I've a preference for the royal half of the couple at this point- lots of sneaking around, secret keeping, arguments, and the inevitable storm when they eventually come out is bound to be interesting. Also up for something military-based.
